The Author, who lives in Cobh will be present to sign copies. Viaréggio is a ground breaking fiction novel following one mans recovery from heart by-pass surgery, as he travels through beautiful Tuscany with his loving wife. He creates a modern thriller in his head, using the locations as backgrounds and indeed some of the ordinary people he meets, as characters in his fiction.

A man haunted by the important moments in his life, faces his mortality in a world where reality battles with the imagination.

Viaréggio has already earned attention from the 'Bandon Opinion,' and 'The Evening Echo,' the novel was completed in 2009 taking three years to write.

Paul’s previous works includes the radio play “For a Few Weeks in June” which was broadcast on Irish Radio. His short story “Ballinglana” was published by Willow Lake Press on the internet, Viaréggio is his first novel. His second novel, “Wood Point” is in the works with an expected release date in late 2010.
